Hey Oppo, show me what you’re grilling today!

I’m grilling some ribs and sausage today. I’ve got some pouches of wood chips over the burners for flavor. Can’t wait to try it.

The good sniffs are doggo approved.

Beer from Listermann in Cincinnati.

Doing some chicken thighs. My wife loves grilled chicken so sometimes I go that route instead of the beef I like. Having the in-laws over too so there's that.

Ooooohhh sounds like something I would enjoy.

I grill in  almost any weather. Snow and rain don’t stop me. If it’s still raining at dinner time then you should get out there!

What is this wood pouches you speak of?

I’m about to fire up my grill. Just getting up from a nap after a 5.5 mile hike with the family.

We have been doing ribs in the oven for a while.

Is that cheeseits in a pan?

Oh it stopped, so we’re good to go for dinner.

Our local grocer grinds their own and makes a bunch of different patties with stuff in them. These are crazy delicious, not too much heat really but great flavor.

Wood chips wrapped in foil with some holes poked in the foil to let the smoke out.

Yep, Cheezits. I heard they were good smoked so I gave it a try. I don’t think I’m left them on long enough.

I just read that on the side of my bag of chips.

My wife has been doing them in the oven for so long have kind of forgotten how to grill them.

Also just got a new grill that wasn’t hand-me-down piece together junk.

I think I lost my top of my “smoker box” and will wrap in foil next attempt.
